Also if you deciding on taking a auto/taxi, make sure you negotiate the rate before you get in.

It would be a cost-effective for you to travel by Metro as well. If you stay around Karol Bagh then take metro from Karol Bagh Metro station to INA Metro station (Fare Rs 16), then take a bus/auto from there as it will be cheaper/quicker for you.
