FFP is a joke. If the likes of PSG, Man city, Anzi and Chelsea etc will threaten to boycott CL then will Uefa stick to FFP or will bend over? Man City already showed how many lop holes there are with their 100m deal with a company that their owners own. Where there's a will there's a way and if these club will want to spend money then no one will be able to stop them.

easiest way to tackle FFP is sponshirships. Like Etihad can do $500m a year kit deal with city and it will add in Clubs revenue. (Although Platini say that they will look in deals like this but City can pay other firms to bid high for sponeshership and pay them under the table)
