http://pzy.be/t/1/Andarangammoviephotos24.jpg
Hyperlink the first page link. I.e. Cut/copy "http://www.exbii.com/showthread.php?t=1024239&page=215" and type a name let's same World. Select the word you just typed i.e. World and click on < image >button. Paste the link that you have just cut/copied.
Prefix and suffix the 2nd link i.e thumbnail link with [img] >> prefix and [/img] >> suffix
Following the above example the links will now appears as

World
< image >

Repeat the same process for all Pics in the row i.e. Pic1,Pic2,Pic3,Pic4,Pic5,Pic6
Repeat 3 and 4 to add more rows.
Technically you can do it all in one big table instead of a table for each row.

3. Click the hyperlink image (I've given the image in my earlier post - the one with web and link)
4. A window will open with http://
5. In this window replace http:// with exbii page/post link
6. click Ok
7. Namitha with now appear as a weblink

Other easy method -
Copy the post number, lets say 31094697
type "["post=31094697"]"Namitha"[/"post"]" >> (do not type ") will give you
Namitha

Another method is hyper linking the image itself. In this method you don't need to give the page as a separate link. Instead, if someone clicks the image it will take them to the page/post itself.
For usage example see Images in http://www.exbii.com/misc.php?do=bbcode

Ex:
"["url=http://www.exbii.com/showthread.php?t=1024239&page=215"]" "[img]"http://pzy.be/t/1/Andarangammoviephotos24.jpg "[/img]" "["/url"]"
