proper balanced diet, small diet at regular intervals, green vegetables, less oil and fat food, no junk food, salads & 20-30 minutes of walking.

Green tea have lots of benefits but contains fluoride especially mint and other flavored ones and this can reduce the metabolism. Anything of fluoride even toothpaste avoid if worried about metabolism which is the key to loose fat.

Coconut products like oil, juice all can speed up metabolism and can give quick energy boost. Use in moderation as it can raise blood pressure and give heart problems if intake in excess.

Concerning diet avoid all fatty substances including bakery items, fried ones like fried chicken, fish etc, beef etc instead eat lots of vegetable products and fruits which is good in vitamins and other essential stuffs and can eat any quantity without fear.

Ask doctor to suggest you suitable vitamins, minerals supplements tablets if found to be low in any.

wow.....well mera take thoda alag hai. shayad us se aapko thodi help mile. however mujhe aapka BMI(body mass index) nahi pata to shayad main aapko aur achche se help kar paata.


see, one process(metabolism) is important when it comes to gaining muscle, sharpen the curves of lean muscle and reducing weight.

Catabolism ka seedha matlab aapke stored fat ko break down kar aapko energy dena hai. iske liye aapko zarurat hoti hai APKA catabolism rate increase karne ki....jo aap various type of physical exercise le kar kar sakte hain aur nutritions like green tea, grape juice, cocoa extract n many more fat reducing stimulate(thode unfriendly aur disastrous bhi ho sakte hain.


suggest karunga ki aap apni diet aapki bmi ke according required catabolic rate ke hisab se rakho aur jahaan-jahaan aapka fat jyada hai use apne trainer ke supervision main workout kar ke lean mass(curves) main convert karo.


jogging karo, diet main jyada se jyada fiber lo aur ho gaya....15 kg fat burn just in one month.

have two glass of Luke warm water in the morning empty stomach.
walk minimum two km and take above said(On tablespoon /15ML of Honey mixed with Lemon/half big lemon Juice in warm water without sugar in the morning ) your body will sweat don't sit under fan or A/c wait for 10 min take bath
this may will help you to reduce the weight and sweating smell
