it's just a home screen with nova launcher, custom wallpaper and icons

installed neat rom full,XXMS1 but it does not have the blue theme that ur screenshot has..
how do I flash new mod/theme?I guess only compatible nes are XXMS1 related,so tried flashing one zip file but nothing happened
