Quit smoking and reduce your intake of alochol...
Get yourself a good workout by a good coach and follow a diet... It will surely help you in quitting smoking personal experience...
Sorry for late reply.. as now summers are almost gone.. Its time to gain muscle size... I will suggest as your main aim is to loose weight go with more cardio and do weight training with more reps..
Cardio :- 30 minutes Weight training 45 minutes pls 15 minutes for abdominal exercises
