wats limitations of reps..

hi mods..
can any one help me in knowing wat s limitations of giving reps per day.. as sometime when we give some reps it says you have given too much reps in 24 hours..
wats limitations regarding this..

You cannot rep a person again before repping atleast 20 others. So in short you need to spread reps in order to rep the user again.

just casually wanna know.. is that to do something with your rep power or no. of posts or else.. or its same for all users here..

one more question in connection with repps..

As it said in FAQ "+ 1 power for every 151 days on the forum"
wat it actually means..
1: consecutive 151 days???
2: random 151 days????

and how can we check about our days in forum for the above

151 days u login to the forum. consecutive. Beech mein breaks honge to chalega.
We cannot check the days in the forum.
