And Don't read anything apart from your syllabus books and get some funny sitcom serials like Big Bang theory, friends etc
20-22 mins ep. keeps u fresh n happy after long sessions with books that what I do...
I have serials like dexter, big bang, two n a half men etc which help me concentrate in my studies n nothing else

Masturbation will always leave you feel empty and exhausted. We look for masturbation as a remedy for boredom. Now that you have been doing it for 12 years, you are longing for a partner to make sex a fulfilling act. I think your body is experiencing a compulsion to masturbate even though it does not need it. I also had an obsession like this and out of my continuous efforts, I have overcome this obsession to a great extent. Nowadays I dont even masturbate once in a week!!!

Since, you are preparing for exams also, you have only one thing to think about. Rest of the time, mind needs something else to think upon which you dont have.

1) You have to cultivate some past times and stick to it. You MUST have a physical activity in this schedule till you get exhausted. Sweat out your energy. If you dont know what to do, go for a run on the road.

2) Do not stop masturbation all of a sudden. First delete all porn on computer. Once you do that, whenever you want to masturbate you have to go to the internet browse and then watch it and masturbate. This is little boring and tiresome after sometime.NEVER DOWNLOAD OR STORE ANY SEXUAL MATERIAL ON COMPUTER.

3) If you are facing problems in controlling morning erections, try this. Immediately you wake up drink a big glass full of water immediately you wake up. Drink it all in one gulp. It will subside for a while, in the meantime finish your morning chores and start your work.

4) Nothing like meditation. Meditate for 15 minutes everyday. Simple meditation will do.

MY FRIEND, Everyone undergoes such a phase in our lives. Too much of liking for sex, suicidal thoughts, a feeling of worthlessness & questioning your own existence. TRUST ME - YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Mind is very simple yet magnificient. Whatever we keep putting into it will come out of it. Try to feed in things that will make it feel good into it and it will become extremely good.

hey man, i can feel wat u r goin through coz i too gt suicidal wen my girl ditched me.. i couldnt seep for minths..
but then my friends pushe me into doing an art of living course..
i didnt want to do it but my friends forced me.

surprisingle it was nt as bad as i thought, infact it was awesome..
they have this technique sudarshan kria which is fantastic..
all my depression just disappeared and i felt so good.. i wud strongly suggest u do it too bhai..
