There's one Chemistry forum on the net with lots of crazy noobs who come asking for methods to synthesize extremely toxic chemicals as well as energetic compounds.
Two years back one guy asked for the method of preparation of Phosgene and all the elderly and experienced members requested and warned him not to make it. That was the last time he came online. A month later it was reported that the guy died from pulmonary edema, a symptom of phosgene inhalation.
