Just a free tip to save yourself from embarrassment my friend.
The whole discussion has been stretched to the point of being a bore. Doctors can be rude, silly, dimwits, negligent, cheats, superb, benevolent, sympathetic : all those different adjectives that can be attributed to any professional. Your innate characters don't necessarily change with the acquisition of a few medical degrees.
Agree that docs need to be more large-hearted and heedful than most professionals - such is the nature of their work. I believe that most of them are. But then, like in every other profession, there are scumbags in medicine too.
But to demean the entire fraternity simply because you find a few odd examples of fraud and negligence in their part is downright wrong. The Amir Khan show (I watched it finally, btw) was a shambolic, mostly one-sided narration purely aimed at sensationalism and with lots of factual inaccuracies.
