hello friends,

I am an Mba non- technical graduate, got a job offer in KDK SOTWARES PVT LTD. as BDO..

now my quetions are--
1) how is the career prospect & growth in IT Sector??
2) will I face problems in future as non-technical background?
3) who are the giant companies in this sector?
4) the co. asked me to sign a bond paper for 18 months.. Is it good to sign an agreememt?

thnx friend & if threre any other suggestions will be highly appreciated...

it is the most booming industry
its growth prospect is very high
you will not face any problem as company will assign you non tech job

It is true provided you are able to succeed in achieving the target. I know one young man recently joined perhaps 2 or 3 years back in a similar job. He had a good connection with someone in Govt. dept. With that he is able to prescribe that software for the Engineering colleges. There are about 3,000/- Engineering colleges in the country. There are atleast 500 to 1000 computers in each college. Now you can imagine the volume of sales in this one deal itself.

Likewise as a salesman you should know how to manipulate and get orders.

even my interviewer told me if u able to crack a BANK H.O, your 1 year's target will be achieved and the amount of incentive u cant imagine..
