To make India safe for common people.... common people need to gather courage to protest against crime. In this incident 10-15 people involved in molestation. but what did other people does..... the 100 s of people seen in the footage. what they was doing at that time...... why they are allowing the devils to do that..

The shameless act of molestation and stripping of a girl in Assam's Guwahati district has made it difficult for the teenaged victim to face people, she said while narrating her horrifying story to Headlines Today on Friday.

After the public stripping and brutal assault, the girl said, she felt like committing suicide. However, she had her family by her side that supported her and prevented from taking an extreme step.
While talking of her trauma, the girl demanded strongest possible punishment, no less than life imprisonment, for the accused.
"I want life imprisonment for all those who attacked me. These men have subjected me to heinous crime," the girl said.

She requested the chief minister of the state and the prime minister to help her get justice. The girl said she did not want any one else to undergo the humiliation she has suffered.

"Police have rescued me from the spot. Now I want more action. They should arrest all the accused and get them punished," the girl said as she sought support from the civil society in getting justice.

"I do not want any other girl or woman go through this ever again," she said.
The girl was humiliated for 29 minutes which was filmed by a TV crew present at the spot. It was only after the police came to her rescue when the accused spared her and fled the spot.
