Complaint :

Onfear and I were winners in the "banner contest". Onfear was given a nice logo which says "XB Banner / Logo conetst winner". I was not given any, even though i won positions 1 and 3 in banner category. I demand to know the reason for this ill-treatment.

also compensate me with reps for the mental torture i have undergone also immediately add my logo

moderation is not a easy job when u have to manage the biggest desi board of the world and it is easier said than done to complain/criticize the actions, but on the whole apart from this complaint, have u felt the mods not performing there task ?

u being a senior member must be aware that full copyright movies are not allowed coz of the legal issue as xboard is goverened by US laws. even Porn movies if violating the rules are not allowed here.

as u urself have mentioned the movie u posted was a popular one ( copyright issue) and (more than 10 RS links) might have given an impression that the entire move was posted which may have resulted in the deletion/editing of threads.

dont feel that ur reported posts are being ignored. I was told by GF that every reported post is addressed by a super mod.

Request u to follow the posting rules and keep reporting posts which u find objectionable and help in making xb a better place.

as pxs rightly said , make use of icon for reporting post.

so many new threads are opened everyday and it not feasable for anyone to check all. So incase u find anything objectionable , report the post without any delay

hellow admin-moderater,
i'm not happy with the way things r going, i mean to say that people who have posted 400-500 post they r getting good rep 7 5-6 repping power even to my good threadsi'm not been reped... so from last 3 days i've stopped posting ya i'm the same guy who posted more then 500 post in a day..
i just want to say that if some one is working so hard for xb u need to support him by giving attention yar...

SDM,

The admins/mods have no control over who gets repped how much. That is decided by the public . Don't get disheartened and keep posting. The reps will come through. As a motivator I added reps for your Diya thread.

Unrelated:
If you posted(once) more than 500 posts a day, did you post for just 3 days?

come to NHB for an hr or so..chat and make friends .... reps and appreciation wud come automatically in PNV

just try this for a couple of days and i wud love if u prove me wrong

he is talking abt. his own rep power of having just 2 even after posting 500 posts a day

just explain him how the rep power is being calculated....
