ULTIMATE TRUTHS
Whenever I find the key to success, someone changes the lock. To Err is human, to forgive is not a COMPANY policy. The road to success…….. is always under construction. Alcohol doesn't solve any problems, but if you think again, neither does milk.. In order to get a Loan, you first need to prove that you don't need it. All the desirable things in life are either illegal, expensive or fattening. Since Light travels faster than Sound, people appear brighter before you hear them speak. Everyone has a scheme of getting rich….. which never works. If at first you don't succeed…. Destroy all evidence that you ever tried. You can never determine which side of the bread to butter. If it falls down, it will always land on the buttered side. Anything dropped on the floor will roll over to the most inaccessible corner. ***** 42.7% of all statistics is made on the spot. ***** He who has the gold, makes the rules ---- Murphy's golden rule. If you come early, the bus is late. If you come late…… the bus is still late. Once you have bought something, you will find the same item being sold somewhere else at a cheaper rate. If you have paper, you don't have a pen……. If you have a pen, you don't have paper…… if you have both, no one calls. Especially for engg. Students---- If you have bunked the class, the professor has taken attendance. All Govt buses are crowded. Corollary--- -- The Govt buses in opposite direction always go empty. The door bell or your mobile will always ring when you are in the bathroom. After a long wait for bus no.20, two 20 number buses will always pull in together and the bus which you get in will be crowded than the other. If your exam is tomorrow, there will be a power cut tonight. The last person to be fired or quit is responsible for all the errors until another person is fired or quits. Irrespective of the direction of the wind, the smoke from the cigarette will always tend to go to the non-smoker |

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer- contractor of
his plans to leave the house-building business and live a more leisurely life with his wife enjoying his extended family. He would miss the paycheck, but he needed to retire. They could get by. The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career. When the carpenter finished his work the employer came to inspect the house. He handed the front-door key to the carpenter. This is your house, he said, my gift to you. The carpenter was shocked! What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own, he would have done it all so differently. We do the most of the things having such thoughts in our mind. But we only realize when it comes back to us. So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. Then with a shock we realize we have to live in the house that we have built. If we could do it over, we'd do it much differently. But we cannot go back. You are the carpenter. Each day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. Life is a do-it-yourself project, someone has said. Your attitudes and the choices you make today, build the house you live in tomorrow. Build wisely! What we do is what we get and what we have is what we did |

God, I rest my shoulders on you
Every time I need to lean on someone Whenever there is fear inside me Easing my lonely self within your Soft hands & comforting looks. You’re someone who is always with me Every time I want to outstretch myself Whenever I’m dazed and confused Reassuring me everything will be fine It’s just the matter of time. Just when the lights go dim When the world becomes a stranger You build new faith in my heart Impelling me to carry on with life As this is the way things are meant to be. |

Whilst looking back, I miss so much
that can't be expressed in words. All these thoughts made me wastrel and can not think anymore. Sometimes I think am I doing right? Is it venial sin or not? Am I a trencherman or a nincompoop? I feel homesick thinking all these Where should I go for pilgrimage? Why should I think about future? I missed beautiful streams I missed hillside beside my house River became canal Sand is no more seen Rocks are very hot and laughing at me Seldom I see water |

Death never come all of a sudden to anybody.
It is already fixed for everybody by the almighty. Nature of demise makes it different to people. And so reluctant to know more on death. How to be a fauve on depicting the death. None could come back and tell you with probity. How to find kinaesthesia before one dies Queries always haunt me in mind and thoughts How to solve my pandemonium on death? How to succumb to death for good people in this world? Any speleological findings gives the answer This dilemma always prevails when I talk on death. Can we analyze the cause before rigor mortis? This will reveal all mysteries of human beings. An animal which has thumb and ability to think. Death is always with us like a shadow. |

Today I sat savouring the soft notes of silence
Filling the touch of the gentle wind Stealing its way in through the key hole Reminding me of the way you came into my life Unannounced... Filling it with the everlasting fragrance of love And I said to myself ‘MIRACLES DO HAPPEN’ |
