Dear Members,

www.filescheap.com, our file sharing service has been serving you for quite sometime now. To improve our services we need everyone's adherence to the rules of the site.
Of late we've observed that few of our members who upload to filescheap, are uploading with fake CAPS. This will obviously mislead our valuable members and make lose to their bandwidth. To prevent this, we'll be resetting the bandwidth of repeated offenders who upload misleading CAPS, just to attain free bandwidth.

We also request members who notice fake caps to leave a comment for that video. This will not only help the task force take suitable action, but also help other members not loose bandwith.

I noticed the samething (fake caps) & seen where people had complained. I think I seen where this Guy posted about 12 short vids with the same caps. Good work trying to clean-up the mess!!!!

PS, I've lost almost a Gig of my Filescheap allotment because of corrupted files!
