Sleeping problem, help needed.
Well I'm prob suffering from insomnia, don't know the reason but prob from excessive net addiction, I have only 2-3 hours sleep in 24 hours, worst of all, even sometimes I don't have sleep in 24 hours, how to cure this??
I am suffering from this problem for last 6 months atleast, 1) I don't want to go for any kind of counselling, 2) I don't want to take any kind of sleeping pills or medication for it. Thanx in advance. |

There is only one solution 2 ur problem...................,
Stop being a Net-Addict and sleep atleast 6 -7 hrs a day........ Any doctor will suggest the same....... |

Make a practise of going to bet at particular time.. it may be 9 or 10 or 11pm. don't go to bed after 11pm. Try to go early to bed.. read some books if u don't get sleep. it will be difficult for couple of days.. but after that it will be a practise.. and don't stop in between.
Do you have headache / common cold often? do u have indegistion and constipation problem? |

as long as you are doing something.. your brain will be active.. and you wont get much sleep.. set a sleeping time.. and go to bed at that time.. try eating a little bit before going to bed.. say about 20-30 min.. that will help in sleeping coz the blood flow will divert to your stomach from brain and you'll feel sleepy.. try tiring your eyes out.. concentrate on a point.. it work for some people. thinking about all the activities one by one you did from morning work as well. its all a matter of habit..currently your body is in the habit of sleeping very less.. just make another habit to go to bed at a particular time and in 3-4 days you'll start getting sleep at that time.. |
