Pedro has been a test driver for the McLaren Mercedes team since 2003. He has only raced total of 9 races for the team in 2005/2006.

He has a total of 23 F1 points in his entire career. I don't think, he'll ever get to drive during the F1 races in his career, unless one of the main drivers is injured!

if we go by pure racing skills, then Fernando Alonso is the best driver in F1 at the moment. The best after Micheal Schumacher.

He's in a rubbish car, that is the problem.
