I'm very excited to see skeptics here!

I read about this ISP in Broadband Forum.
We don't use the Railtel network except for transit traffic.

This mostly means that we reserve the right to do packet shaping on certain types of traffic, specifically things like BitTorrent (that create a lot of connections on the network). But since we are hosting DC++ servers which allow for full-speed, unlimited transfers, perhaps if this is utilized, this wouldn't be an issue.

We don't do anything that slow. 2Mbit/s with no FUP is our minimum.

I actually agree with you on this one. As our wholesale prices come down, so do our retail prices.

Stay away from this scam.
That's an interesting comparison. I can assure you we're not frauds. Surely the act of committing fraud or scamming would involve having taken some money at some point. If you know of anyone who has had money taken from them in order to receive our services, please contact me immediately!

We're adding content as it becomes available. The site was released in an unfinished state so as I could get the price lists out on time.

You wouldn't believe how excited are all the members of that broadbandforum on Hayai. I really wanted to sign up there just to abuse him and his hava havayi plans.
I am the "primary force" - a director and CTO of the company. There are 4 other directors besides myself. I hate paperwork, so one of the other directors is CEO.

I do own and operate other companies in New Zealand (see http://www.companies.govt.nz - search for company 1547150) and 1 branch office in Finland (http://www.ytj.fi/english - search for company 2094223-0).

I'm not a millionaire yet, but I believe my website states that I'm aspiring to be one

As for the webhosting, well, I had servers "lying around" - I've been waiting for new servers to be set up and I'm pleased to announce that we'll be moving hayai.in and hayai.co.in to brand new servers on February 1 which will be hosted in Mumbai and mirrored in Delhi.

As for Drupal, well... nothing wrong with that, is there? Good enough for whitehouse.gov, good enough for me

The purpose of posting at IBF has always been to welcome new suggestions - if you have something of value to add to the discussions over there, I am happy to take them in to consideration.

I welcome your criticisms, but I'm sure tearing me apart is hardly necessary

As mentioned, if you'd like to see a demonstration of the service, I have recently posted videos of downloads at http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...d&search_type=

I appreciate you taking the time out to try and attack me, but you all can ask me questions directly - either through the Hayai site or on IBF.

Not really, one does not need to take any amount of money from the victim to be considered as a fraud. Collecting of email addresses and contact details from the unsuspecting victims can prove to be enough of a motive for a scam alert. Although the implementation of privacy and cyber crime laws in India is pretty weak but still I consider it to be of utmost importance that we, Indians, be aware of not giving our personal information to anyone unknown on the internet under any circumstances.

I confess that these are pretty impressive details for a "startup"!

We are pleased to bring the CEO himself here to answer your doubts.
What else you want?

Anyway, I'm sure he'll realise the practical difficulties in India, as and when he learn more things.

PS:- our CEO is now moderator of BF.in. Good way to reach out to people. And he couldn't make a proper FAQ page in their site.Check out what he had done.
