Post all you queries on buying or owning a car Will answer each and every one of them ![]() Things to keep in mind Before buying a Car 1. Decide on the budget to be spent on car, keep in mind the After Sale Service Cost also. 2. After deciding on your price range you should outline what sort of car best meets your needs – if you are a family of two you shouldn’t bother buying a large MUV like the Toyota Innova. With a growing range of makes and models you will probably find that several cars fit your budget. 3. Next is on what your car runs, Diesel or Petrol. New age diesels are lightning fast, super efficient and offer better drivability than petrols. But it depends on you usage. 4. Decide in the basic options which you require on a car, for ex. if you are a frequent highway driver, ABS is a must. like that list out your options. 5. Read all the reviews possible, you have access to all types of information in this informative age. 6. Test drive all the cars which fits your pocket. Do Not Ignore any brand. 7. Advertisements and salesmen can be misleading sources of information and their claims should always be taken with a pinch of salt. Verify important points with car owners directly. 8. Finally Wait for the right time to get your car, Every car dealer holds the best deal for the last week of month, to close of the sales target. The best time of the year would be December, but if you willing to take a car in January which will look like a year old in papers. Finally Happy eXBiian with a satisfied car ![]() Last edited by gump : 22nd February 2011 at 07:50 AM. |

There is no comparison of this powerful stylish car, as its acceleration is smooth but fast, despite its two-and-a-half-ton weight. Despite all this its a car meant for the filthy rich people to burn the money |

1. Vento has Looooooooooooong Waiting Times (esp for Diesel Variant but then why will you buy the Petrol ?
)If you can wait, Hyundai is coming up with Verna RB (search for it), Ford is coming with new Fiesta and Nissan is coming with Sunny. Also Skoda is coming with their take on the Vento which will be a re-skinned Vento but cheaper. There's Toyota Etios if you can wait for 1 year. 2. Nano has low sales due to the safety issue. Now Tata has come up with an unique Rs. 99 per month maintenance plan where they'll take care of all expenses. Do take a TD (Test Drive) and see if you like it. |
