As per your age, height and routine, your weight is fine. I also went through a similar phase in life, where i thought i am too skinny and people used to tease me. By the age of 24 I started gaining weight and by the age of 26 i was 15 kg over weight, a fat-ass. I took me a very hard work to lose weight. Today I am 28 and 4 kg over weight. Its better to be skinny than being fat.

if so then i m not as strong as age of mine guys....i want to know vitamins,proteins n nutritious eatable things so it can help me..i can't carry heavy weights n also not strong...it will affect me in future thats y i want to increase weight not fat....

I would like to know your opinion about a career in anaesthesia(MD/Diploma). I just finished my MBBS.

I have been taking Atpark [Beta blockers] and Nexito for High BP, for the past few months.

Now, I have Kidney stones. I have a stone stuck in my right ureter, Can i take Urimax [Tamsulosin], which is a alpha blocker, which i might have to take for just few days.

So will there be a problem if i take both Beta blockers and Alpha blockers together? Pls clarify guys. Thanks in advance.

You didnt mention that you are not strong. I told you things by my experience, however I have been a very strong guy even in the days when I was skinny.

For the last few days I am feeling slight pain in the area between scrotum(ball sack) and my ass.Did some googling and it appears that this is the area where prostate/s is/are located.

So guys any idea which doctor I need to consult for a checkup or any general physician will work?

Results are good, as of now. My normal skin is improved to red/white, far better than before. However, there are still marks above the nose and under eyes.
