hi,
I suspect I have one of the ADHD, or Bipolar, even in US it is miss-or-get treatment, in India do we have qualification to treat such problems? any suggestion for ayurveda, homeo, etc or even meditation? The main problem is I couldn't concentrate, sometimes mastrubation helps, I use gadgets heavily, I don't do anything productive at all, I skip classes, work, etc? |
